"I am delighted to be an ambassador for the Cheryl King Trust. Research has shown time and time again that music education is highly beneficial for children's cognitive development, on par with subjects like maths and science. However, it saddens me that access to music education in the UK is declining - which limits opportunities for many children up and down the country. By making sure all children have the possibility of learning musical instruments, we are not only nurturing future musicians and audiences but also enabling young minds to reach their full potential, regardless of their economic circumstances."
